Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order cancellation conditions

The order can be cancelled within 48 hours of its validation, provided that it has not yet been shipped. In this case, you can contact our customer service directly to proceed with the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped or if more than 48 hours have passed since it was confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Cancellation procedure

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team by email or phone with your order number, proof of payment, and if necessary, any other information that identifies the transaction.
Our team will process your request as soon as we receive it. If the cancellation is accepted, we will inform you of the outcome and proceed with the refund within the indicated deadlines.

3. Refund procedure

After confirming the return, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order (Visa, MasterCard). We are committed to finalizing the procedure as soon as possible after validation.
